Operations were based in Bayswater, Vic, with a substantial factory site covering 4 acres and directly employing 28 permanent staff. In my role as Managing Director I transformed a small business into a corporate focused entity with solid marketing, administrative and production systems designed to facilitate long-term organic business growth.
