As a blasting technician for Trans Tech Performance I am responsible for preparing individual components for the assembly technicians. Industrial bead blasting machinery is utilized to cosmetically restore parts to their original conditions. Prior to blasting the components, I am often required to disassemble complete transmissions. This tear down process requires careful attention to detail and the ability to work with small parts. Other tasks I often perform include the organization of merchandise, operation of electric fork lifts in tight spaces, as well as various other repair and maintenance jobs around the facility. I have been selected to professionally represent the company as a sales associate at swap meets as far away as Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
