I help oversee the day to day supervision of our registered representatives. More specifically, I conduct annual individual compliance reviews, approve sales material, review incoming and outgoing correspondence, sign-off on new business and act as a compliance advocate for our agents. My sales background and acquiring my ChFC® designation through the American College allows me to provide unique support to our advisers in a comprehensive and understanding way. My background and experience helps me to effectively supervise, counsel, and train advisers to assure their understanding of the many rules and regulations that govern the insurance and financial services industry in a way that both promotes compliance and profitable growth. I always try and help our associates any way that I can. I believe in an open door policy and no question or concern is ever brushed aside.
