Was responsible for over 1800 producing oil wells and more than 24,000 BOPD production. Oversaw 18 employees performing daily operations, well management, and process improvement efforts. Position required daily supervision of process controls, high knowledge and involvement in safety protocol, a strong knowledge of facilities and infrastructure needs, and robust skills in management and motivation. Activities ranged from reviewing and sign-off of AFE's/MOC's to Employee Performance Evaluations. While in this role, my team maintained Zero Injuries and reported the strongest environmental performance record in company history, while improving backlogs and meeting budget.Performed Six Sigma Green Belt Project focused on water cut fluctuation and testing strategies resulting in over $25 Million dollar savings.
Operations Production Engineer
Was responsible for over 330 active oil producers and 130 active steam injectors. Designed all subsurface work, including stimulations, sand control, equipment sizing and selection, as well as surface designs for lift optimization, CVR improvements, steam flood management, and more. Worked closely with Reservoir Eng and Geologist to optimize field production and reservoir behaviors.
Development Facilities Engineer
Managed new drilling package facility design and implementation for over 1000 producers and water injectors, including: flowlines, test facilities, pump stations, separation vessels, group gathering systems, and major pipeline projects. Oversaw a budget of >$50 Million per year in projects and worked with other lead engineers to develop standard engineering drawings for the company, including being placed as company's engineer of record on several standard documents.
Development Production Engineer (Projects)
Responsible for new development projects and new well optimization. Completed over 30 new development projects totalling more than 200 Producers and 60 Injectors (steam). Managed projects from design stages through implementation and custom handoff.
