I was promoted to this role to lead key marketing teams and initiatives inclusive of national advertising, social media, content marketing, public relations, communications, brand events and sales marketing. Guided Century 21 through its first rebranding in over 30 years inclusive of new mission, brand purpose and core values. Maintain 94% brand awareness rating according to Kantar metrics. Introduced company’s internal Workplace by Facebook communications platform to over 50K independent contractors within Century 21 network, becoming the first nonemployee-based activation for Facebook. Established first major diversity outreach program titled Empowering Latinas. This regional marketing initiative received national media attention on the Univision and Telemundo television networks.• Launched brand’s first podcast, ranked in the top 1% globally and a 2021 Digiday Finalist for Best Branded Content.• Achieved 2021 PR results with Total Mentions of 215.7K, Total Reach of 226.6B, and Total Publicity Value of $395.8M.• Launched the brand’s first National Geographic award winning documentary titled “Home Rediscovered” as part of a total media campaign reaching 341 million media impressions.
