About Michael Tester

Michael Tester has over twenty years of experience in the building industry including architectural design, cost estimating, procurement, and project management for some of the largest projects in the Philadelphia area. During this time, he has overseen the construction of over 5,000 apartment units, 500,000 SF of office space, and large scale demolition and site work developments in Philadelphia, New York City, Boston, and Florida. Mike started Tester Construction Group in 2017 to capitalize on the evolution and growth of the Philadelphia commercial mixed use construction market in Philadelphia. Since that time, he has led TCG to becoming one of the largest General Contractor’s in the City in less than 5 years.
