Full P&L responsibility with product, engineering, sales and business development for software, IP, SaaS and hardware products. Doubling 8-figure sales annually with marquee logos in mass-market applications in mobile, automotive, fleets, autonomy, transport, construction, precision ag, robotics, rail and micromobility.Rapidly built a scalable, hyper-performance sales and business development team to "fit the curve" of doubling revenue and even faster bookings growth, using a channel strategy of regional direct sales, global inside sales, reseller channels, system integrators, and ecosystem OEM channels.Retooled sales operations with a focus on pipeline and deal transparency built on concise account plans with predictable deal closure; forecast reporting that facilitates leadership decision making; sales accountability and team discipline through weekly prospecting and business review meetings
