The MHTP FlowCore node was established in 2017 as a partnership between Monash University School of Clinical Science and the Hudson Institute to deliver world class flow cytometry to the Monash Medical Centre Campus. Appointed to oversee the implementation of modernised instrumentation, training and to strategically update laboratory operations, I now continue to drive the facility to maintain quality Shared Resource Laboratory services.

The ISAC SRL EL program is designed to enhance and develop the next generation of emerging leaders in SRL operations who will also help further the field of cytometry. The program is focused on improving leadership skills and opening doors for cooperation, networking and mentoring as well as development into the future ISAC leaders.

Managed a facility and staff that offered a premier support service for cell sorting, cell analysing and cell imaging. Involved in major equipment evaluation and acquisitions, experimental design, cell sorting and analysis, imaging and client education.

Assistant manager of a busy flow cytometry core faculty that serviced research for both animal and human cell sorting in a PC2 environment. Additionally the facility also caters for infectious sample sorting in a dedicated PC3 biosafety environment. Involved in major equipment evaluation and acquisitions, experimental design, cell sorting and analysis, and client education.
