As mechanical development engineer, I work on this complex and exciting product. Together with several disciplines, I work on the cell plate, MEA, sealing and stack.I was leading the upgrade project of the CVM (cell voltage monitoring) and after succesfully testing the prototypes, the upgraded CVM is ready. Next to this, I supported with the upgrade of the production line by building up a new cell plate height meter with more measurement points and increased accuracy. At this moment, I am working on the next generation fuel cells and stacks.

In the lead for the building blocks gas-air with plastic silencer and PCB of the boiler Avanta Ace. I worked with colleagues from application, controls, Quality department and colleagues in Italy and Turkey. I enjoyed the co-development with the suppliers. Succesfully delivered the building blocks for this international project.- concept development- leading external engineers of suppliers- prototyping- testing

Working on the development of a new washer. Responsible for the frame (by leading external engineer), the top of the machine with stainless steel basin and lid. The challenges were on a new cleaning process in the basin, the 'marriage' of the basin into the top of the machine and the sealing of the lid. I really enjoyed the design process, prototyping and testing of the new machine.

Hardware Development MRExecuting several projects for MRI systems. Redesigning components and implementing new technologies in the cabinets (technical room). Beside that, I work a lot with requirements /purchase specifications, testing, verification and validation of products.- (Re) design- Research and Development- Cable routing - dFMEA- Design Controls- IEC-60601

Implementing the branding of Marel Stork into their machines (international project). This involves redesigning parts and converting machines: all CAD models are modified and part lists are updated. Next to that, several redesign projects are executed.I designed new machine feet fitting the branding and executed tests.

Selling photo, video cameras and accessories (like audio/HDMI cables, head phones and so on).With this job, I developed communication and commercial skills. Besides that, I gained insight in consumer behaviour and management.

Organizing activities and weekends for youth.

The specialisation is Design&Styling.My Master Thesis involved Sustainable Energy Design (PV technologies). I designed a new solar cell (multi-crystalline solar cell) with a higher aesthetical value and only 0.2% efficiency loss compared to standard cells.Three PV modules with my solar cells have been prototyped.

Sustainability in product design becomes more important and the studies did not offer lectures in Sustainability. Because of that, the course 'Introduction Sustainable Design' is developed.Together with four other students, I developed this course.We developed the course content and assignments. We arranged lecture, guest lectures, marked the work of the students, giving lectures by ourselves and more.

Expats who live in the Netherlands have an opportunity to learn Dutch by an online education application. My tasks were to arrange and style this application. Next to that, I made interactive exercises and I digitalised course material for teachers.

Bachelor Thesis, which I partly executed at the company in Jakarta, Indonesia. My assignment was to design a new executive desk for the Asian market.
