At SST, I routinely audit driver e-logs, review safety events, and make sure equipment are following DOT and FMCSA protocols. I schedule driver random drug screens and DOT physical renewals for compliance as well. I am responsible for the hiring, onboarding, training, and termination of drivers, too.
