Managed Intel, Clearwire, and LightSquared strategic relationships / contracts ($2B annual contract value). Led contract wind-down process with LightSquared. Developed $2.4B, 3-year economic forecast model, increasing visibility for senior executives (COO) around deal performance and financial default risk. Negotiated 2 contract amendments in 6 months and managed relationship with Clearwire that resulted in $200M OIBDA savings to Sprint. Managed strategic relationship with Intel to co-develop partnering and GTM opportunities that drove adoption of first 3G/4G embedded netbooks and notebooks into Sprint retail channels.

Drove business development aligned with Sprint’s strategic objectives. Led cross-functional teams in developing strategic recommendations and negotiating business relationships. Negotiated high-value agreements associated with the $14.5B Clearwire merger, including an Intel marketing and co-branding agreement ($1.3B), Samsung amendment and assignment ($886M), and IT Transition Services ($10M). Led re-negotiations on deal to outsource Sprint Broadband Direct, reducing 2008 expenses by $1M.

Led software development and systems engineering team in supporting an offering with 50K subscribers across 13 markets. Played key role on migration of business operations and systems support to new data center, executing the transition within 6 months while maintaining 98% systems and application availability. Launched 8 new markets, leading to the acquisition of 30K+ subscribers with a Customer Lifetime Value of ~$50M. Led systems and operations negotiations for $25M outsourcing deal, resulting in a 3x increase in gross revenue over 3 years.
