The foundation will support people with an interest in developing skills in software development and competencies which are necessary for implementing software development. The activities that are carried out will be available for that purpose many as possible. The activities shall be free of charge to attend and shall take place primarily outside normal working hours.All activities should have an aim to learn more about software development and competencies that are necessary to implement software development. Some activities may have a selective audience, wholly dependent on the availability of competence development looks and how well the target group is represented within the different areas of society.The foundation will also support organizations, both in Sweden and abroad, who are interested in creating skills development activities to people who are interested in software development and skills that are necessary for implementing software development.The foundation will primarily focus on people and organizations that have a structural disadvantage in society.
