Originally from Chicago, Michael Tolva is the President of City Storage, LLC, a self storage installer and operator of self storage focusing on the Multi-Family Market. In addition to these duties Michael is also the operations director of The Store House Co., a real estate investment company that has specialized in self-storage since 1988. Michael is responsible for the operation of facilities in multiple states. From his multi-state operational background, he has developed a doctrine of centralized management and harnessed technology to more efficiently operate facilities from a distance. Prior to joining Store House, he was director of business development for Simplikate Technologies, a management-software company specializing in high-rise condos and gated communities across the nation.
