I am a process and system designer, product enthusiast, delivery expert and practical Anthropologist. I have industry experience in high-tech, healthcare/life sciences, finance, and retail. I've worked deeply with mobile application, web, content management, and ecommerce technologies and worked internationally with focus on product features which scale globally yet provide local relevance. Clients in a consulting capacity have included: T-mobile, Fox Sports, Intel, Genentech, Salesforce, Gap Inc., CVS Health, Bio-Rad Laboratories, Acxiom, Trimble Navigation, and W.S.I.B. Ontario.I've had the pleasure of launching products experienced by greater than a million... I've also built a few really complex ones which helped just a hand-full.I have often joined or consulted for teams where the product management practice is at an aspirational stage, needing to be designed, adopted, and nurtured; I enjoy this work.Building happy and successful teams and influencing a productive behavior & culture is even more rewarding than delivering the products themselves.I believe diversity of experience is of utmost importance and priortize life and projects accordingly... the exposure to cultures, ways of working, and how others live always funnels back to creative solutions and innovations "at work."I'm currently leading a company which partners with businesses to structure and optimise product & operations teams and integrate research and behavior change principles to their day-to-day.
