As sports editor for The Sheridan Press, I am responsible for covering all local sports in Sheridan, Wyoming. This includes high school as well as Sheridan College and other area athletics. Along with writing articles, I shoot photography for both online and print publications, design and layout the daily sports pages, manage the Sheridan Press sports Twitter account and shoot and edit video.

I have had the opportunity to work multiple positions and wear numerous hats within Pacers Sports & Entertainment. As the Technical Director, it is my responsibility to work directly with the program director. I control the video switcher during live in-house broadcasts of events at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.As the Game Editor, it is my responsibility to capture video of fans and edit it into a rally video to be shown on the big screen during games at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. I also capture live video from the game, as well as photos from photographers to edit and format to be displayed on the screen during the games as well. As an EVS Operator, I run replays of events taking place at Bankers Life Fieldhouse including Indiana Pacers games, Indianapolis Ice games, and the Men's and Women's Big Ten Tournaments. I clip off footage and create highlight packages, slow motion replays, and game recaps to be used both in the arena during live events as well as online. Show less

As the Video Production Specialist at Defender Direct, I worked directly with the Video Production Manager organizing and planning shoots, setting up on video sets, shooting, and editing productions for the company. I am also responsible for managing many projects of my own. These productions included training videos, corporate communications, tips and help for team members, and any other updates and rollouts the company needs produced.

As the Video Production Intern at Defender Direct, I helped maintain the heavy workload that was once handled by the one man department of the Video Production Manager. This involved tasks such as helping setup and film at shoots, editing footage, participating in brainstorming and planning sessions, and learning the ins and outs of the business and how to best set myself up for success as the Video Production Specialist.
