The new process was within the quoted cycle time.• Led weekly cross-functional meetings with TBA Materials, Packaging, Quality, and S/A ranked suppliers to ensure that the suppliers met the required timing for preproduction activities by recording the status in Problem Follow-up Sheets and Tooling Progress Reports as well as communicating the progress to other departments via the TBA Supplier Portal.• Led plant trial events with high-concern suppliers to help them improve their TBA rank and ensure they can meet quality, packaging, and operation requirements defined by the Part Readiness Checklist to ensure a successful launch.
