Instructional Designer
Current-Compiles high-level learning material from online databases (NIH’s Confluence) and subject matter experts to create training documents and courses for help desk analysts, external users and support center guides related to the National Institutes of Health’s (NIH) All of Us Research Program.-Provides interactive trainings and ensures comprehension of all learning materials to new hires, external users and current staff.-Liaises with project manager, operations manager and Vice President and participates in SCRUM meetings to evaluate efficacy of electronic documentation systems and to determine areas for improvement.-Works in conjunction with quality analysts and assists with quality management improvement projects to ensure accurate information is provided to healthcare professionals and participants.-Coordinates scheduling of all new hires and existing staff to ensure trainings are completed in a timely manner-Coordinates and assists in leading calibration meetings with NIH members, quality analysts and external partners to identify knowledge gaps.
