Over the past 16 years, I have led the company’s efforts to identify, close, and expand relationships with trading firms who utilize and do business with Cboe Options Exchanges, including Cboe, BXZ, C2, and EDGX.SELECTED HIGHLIGHTS & ACHIEVEMENTS✔ Leveraged strong customer relationship management to identify needs and align solutions that eliminated workflow issues.✔ Led a 12-member team to test functionality and verify accuracy, working alongside the development team.✔ Manage account performance, retention, and account growth for 15 trading firms leveraging CBOE systems.✔ Partnered cross-functionally with the Legal department to determine which functionality was allowed under the rules, as well as to write client solution requirements.✔ Worked on development of AIM, HAL, COB, and COA for Cboe, including resolving issues that were negatively impacting trading functionality.✔ Provided personalized training to trading firms on how to utilize software, improving production adoption across the client portfolio.
