In context of the mediatic coverage of two mismanaged private residences leading to a health crisis, I have stepped up in an emergency ad hoc comittee in order to actively manage, structure, and educate the original staff of the residence as well as reinforcing staff sent by the CIUSSS. I have helped coordinate the work of multiple professionals including MDs, nurses, LPNs, PABs, physio and ergotherapists. In total, 4 CIUSSS' were implicated in the aid of the the residents.

In context of the campaign of mass vaccination by the Québec government, the Mass Vaccination Site Manager's responsabilities include: coordinating a team of administrative agents, security, and nurses to administer up to 500 vaccines doses per day, providing quality information related to the vaccine and its components to the population, being up to date to the requirements of the PIQ and its current reccomendations.
