Our task was to create and deliver an offsite training program by customizing a curriculum originally intended to be delivered in an in-store environment. Mike's share of the task was to create and deliver the inventory control and operations component of the course. Mike's original curriculum and delivery was strong, but lacked enough focus to create a "bang" with the newly hired employees. After several of us collaborated with Mike to help him refine the intent and vision, he refocused on the second session, and on the third. Each session was better than the next. Further, when we did the course a second time, Mike was on-point from the beginning. His delivery contained enough detail to have the desired impact, but didn't go so deep in the weeds as to bore the audience. I get approached often to write recommendations here.
