As the Director of Marketing, Brand at GUNNAR Optiks, I oversee brand marketing, influencer partnerships, social media, and license partnerships for the leading eyewear company for gamers and professionals. With over 15 years of experience in marketing and communications, I have a proven track record of creating and executing effective campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and sales across multiple channels and platforms.Before joining GUNNAR Optiks in Feb 2023, I was the Director of Marketing at IOGEAR, where I directed global marketing, communications, and ecommerce strategy for consumer electronics B2B and B2C verticals, including gaming and live streaming. I increased the diversity and inclusion representation of our influencer budget from 0 to 23 percent, activated 10 POC mobile micro-influencers with over 500K views in a 4-week period, and grew Amazon ad attributed marketing revenue by 49 percent YTD 2021. I also managed influencer partnerships with Twitch, YouTube, and Mixer streamers to grow brand awareness, product sales, and improve product sentiment. My passion for gaming and live streaming stems from my previous roles as a brand strategist, senior account manager, and influencer outreach manager for various consumer-facing accounts, such as Batman Arkham Knight, Microsoft Xbox One, Mortal Kombat X, TRX Training, DirecTV/Audience Sports, ZAGG, and Karma Automotive.
