I’m an engineering leader with over 20 years of product development experience, including deep expertise in the design of software and hardware platforms. I’ve had extensive experience building high-performance, cross-functional engineering teams.My leadership background includes engineering management, product development, project management, software engineering, and customer support. I hold an engineering degree and an MBA, the later which I earned while working full-time. Over the course of my career I’ve frequently traveled internationally to manage offshore development teams, support new product deployments, and collaborate with global customers. In addition to these experiences, I serve as the Chair of the Engineering Leadership Council at MKS, which facilitates collaboration between engineering leaders to drive best practices, process improvement, and strategic alignment across the company.
