• Define priorities and drive progress of the Office of the EVP Managing Director. Flag potential challenges with a problem-solving mindset, offering solutions and options to address issues. Serve as trusting sounding board to the Managing Director and other DTG executive team leaders.• Facilitate, track and report on progress of key projects across stage plays, arena shows, immersive entertainment and licensing. Partner with EVP Managing Director to determine key milestones to be shared with Chief Creative Officer, EVP Producing and Development and other DTG executive team leaders. Work directly with both executive leadership offices to keep projects moving and on track.• Drive meeting agendas, develop key materials, curate presentations, visuals, and other necessary documents for executive level meetings, delegating tasks across other departments as needed.• Participate in executive level meetings and ensure key takeaways and action items are executed with relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient progress of projects and tasks.• Partner across Executive, HR and Operations departments to develop ongoing employee engagement strategy and lead the activation of internal staff events as part of efforts to continually evolve office community. Evaluate and report on the progress of such efforts.• Lead project management across certain Disney and non-Disney branded licensing projects in conjunction with the Office of the Chief Creative Officer, EVP, Production and Development, Licensing, Finance, Marketing and Business Affairs.• Ensure the consistency and standard of the administrative support staff within EVP Managing Director’s scope of work via ongoing supervision, meetings, training and development. Participate in recruitment and onboarding of all support staff.
