I was involved in a massive refresh project at CTCA's Medical Center Campus. This involved:- Imaging new laptops/desktops in preparation for deployment to all hospital staff & stakeholders. - End user setup including printer/drive mapping, software installation/debugging, online application setup & VPN access is required on each deployment. - System Center Configuration Manager and Software Center Installations. - Data backup and Data Migration to Windows 10 & Office 2016 using USMT.- Technical Explanations, Remedy Ticketing Systems & End User Support.

Assisted the IT Department in mostly laptop repair but worked on many other projects. Completely disassembled and reassembled over 65 HP netbooks upgrading them with SSD's & more RAM. Rewired an entire computer lab from scratch, drilled & mounted conduit, pulled 40 Ethernet runs, punched down and installed a networking closet. Reimaged Windows 7 computers through a network. Some exposure to Active Directory and Mac OS environments. Performed lots of preventive maintenance, dust removal, defragmenting drives, drive replacement, etc Lots of experience with Ubermix (Educational distribution of Linux) Troubleshot various server issues and network congestion issues.
