With their many years of success in payment processing, enhancing their recruitment process was the next step. I continue to build a pipeline of qualified candidates within the tech and payments focus. Tracking candidates, sourcing and consistently screening. I have also built relationships with hiring managers and promote best practices throughout the interview process: interview techniques, and managing outside recruitment partnerships

In my role as a Recruiter with On-Board, I was assigned to one of their clients which had been one of their longest and most successful relationships. In the time that I spent developing relationships, I built a pipeline of candidates, promoted the client in unique ways, and consistently reported progress to executive management.

I was referred to this organization which has a long standing relationship and commitment to assisting developmentally disabled community to accomplish the task of strengthening their recruitment process. I started with streamlining their recruitment reports, and continuously making strides to promote the agency to nearby communities. Using what had been successful for many years prior and adding some modern recruitment approaches.

In my role with Kiely, I was a sole contributor for all of recruitment. Kiely consists of 18 companies and I was tasked with ensuring that all receive quality candidates based on their business objectives. I initiated new recruitment marketing objectives by consulting with management to enhance outreach. One of my major accomplishments includes establishing recruitment metrics including reducing overall time to fill from approximately 100 days to 30 days. I also partnered with recruitment agencies, colleges and universities, and several veteran organizations. In my time with Kiely, I placed more than 200 new team members spanning 9 locations and several disciplines.

I earned my way into a team lead position by successfully coaching and training recruiters to meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment goals to fill several call center locations with approximately 30 openings each. I led projects in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) company and met recruitment goals and objectives through sourcing, screening and interviewing.

This was my first professional recruiting position where I was assisting Recruiters with screening and qualifying candidates, I accomplished this through direct sourcing sales candidates for a major telecommunications company. I successfully increased the pipeline of candidates that were hired directly by our client.
