Graduating class of 2018 San Francisco State University with a B.S. in Environmental Studies and certificate of achievement in the Natural Resource Management & Conservation. I have a broad background and strong interest in marine ecology and GIS for coastal conservation. My academic field research projects combined these interactions, developing deep understanding of the bay area's biodiversity. My Apple Maps team handled high priority issues that have been escalated from executive level employees, municipalities, and businesses for highly visible updates to the map in a timely manner. I have improved routing for users and ensured accuracy through QA methodologies of new construction projects, airports, and national landmarks. In the past I helped expand Maps to parts of Canada and the EU for the first time through piloting new data collection and workflows. In my free time I am passionate in exploring the intersection of art and science as a sound engineer and video producer to communicate environmental awareness through multiple forms of media and campaigns.
