Oil & Gas Pipeline Consulting for Integrity ManagementI developed procedures for, and performed comprehensive assessments of, pipeline integrity threats for clients in the oil and gas industry across the US.

Projects included all stages of ECDA; Root cause analyses for in-line inspection and direct assessment and direct examination projects; Developed procedures for clients in the areas of ECDA, ECCDA; Low stress reassessment; Provided technical and compliance support of client integrity management programs.* Performed AC and DC interference testing, evaluation, design and mitigation, for a light rail transit DC transit system in an urban environment.* Developed an internal training program for integrity management and ECDA.* Developed and provided cost estimates, proposals, and formal bids to clients.* Developed and presented reports, procedures, and presentations to clients regarding project proposals, task assessment, goals and objectives, status, execution, and final results.

* Developed and executed improvements to NWP’s corrosion control program. Hired 12 Operations technicians, developed and managed the budget, and led the implementation of improved practices to ensure the long-term integrity of the pipeline system.* Participated in the development and continuous improvement of the Integrity Management Program (IMP) and executed IMP related projects, including inline inspection, direct assessment, and anomaly investigation from initial planning through survey, remediation, and repair for maintaining the integrity and reliability of 60+ year old pipeline systems.* Participated in the development of a complete revision of the integrity management corrosion control programs in order to ensure they were performed according to the requirements of Federal regulations and according to the expectations of the PHMSA Office of Pipeline Safety.* Led cathodic protection and corrosion prevention activities including close interval and annual surveys; data review; and project development and execution.* Experienced in the design of local and remote ground bed and rectifier design, linear anode installations, and coating and reconditioning systems.* Mentored and led a team of ten integrity specialists including training and development, goal setting, performance evaluations, team building, operator qualifications (OQ), and personnel safety.* Developed and administered the annual budgets for corrosion control and integrity management assessments and repairs.* Extensive experience with PCS, RSTRENG and B31G, ILI data review, in-ditch anomaly evaluation, and pipeline repair methods.
