CurrentCybersecurity Compliance Control Development Technical Lead Oct 2023 – Presento Proposed and drove initiative to deliver a 2x increase the certification capacity of the control framework, using automation and standardization to satisfy forecasted growth. o Developed project plan and timeline, resource allocations, deliverable standards, and reporting metrics for project.o Designed control framework architecture used for all future internal and external cybersecurity compliance audits.o Oversee 15 analysts developing new controls, ensuring tasks meet project deadlines, allocating tasks, and solving blockers. o Review quality of newly developed cybersecurity controls on internal committee.Unified Controls Program (UCP) Lead Jan 2023 – Presento Took over the UCP program in January 2023 with a short 2-week transition window from the outgoing vendor team. Led the hiring of 3 new team members and delivered a 4x improvement in the ingestion of new controls and compliance campaigns via process standardization and SLA enforcement. o Project manager for the 2023 Annual UCP Assessment Campaign. Oversaw 4 staff and partner with 3 teams to assess the compliance of over 1200 controls by over 400 internal customers.o Lead for UCP migration to new compliance tooling., responsible for designing user stories and requirements for the next generation of UCP. Includes fully reviewing all 1600+ existing regulatory controls and driving any updates that need to be made by sister teams.o Instigated the use of a team-wide Agile-based Kanban board, leading daily standups, and developing new automated workstreams for tracking customer requests.
