Our company SAIT was acquired by SECURITAS in 2014.* Responsible for the installation, commissioning and after-sales services for all Securitas technology business in Belgium. Key functions of my department: service desk, service level management, contract management, service pre-sales, field service, installation teams, the in-house repair lab and the team of expert engineers. +- 40 FTE.* P&L/Budget responsibility.* Supporting a very broad solution portfolio: IP CCTV, ANPR/ALPR, Access control, BMS, Radio Communications, Indoor coverage, Intercom, IP Networking & Security, Servers & Storage* Labour relations (CPBW/CPPE ; OR/CE)* Member of the Belgian Securitas DirCo* Management of large (gov.) service contracts* Continuously building new teams and expanding our operational capabilities* Involved in the ERP/IT transformation program

Responsible for the Physical Security business line. Our objective is to make our company a market reference for integrated IP physical security solutions. Building and supporting the right product portfolio, partnerships, creating new designs and implementing sold projects are key to achieve this goal. - Internal position: management of the EMEA/APAC Getronics corporate Internet infrastructure (04/04 - 11/05)- Outsourced to Eurocontrol, the European Air-Safety Agency. Responsible for the Agency's firewalls, proxies, network and Internet connectivity (11/05 - 05/06)
