Head of the ClickShare Product Line and product management team with E2E accountability for the ClickShare product portfolio. From May 2018 onwards I was responsible for a new initiative and venture within the Meeting Experience - budget responsibility & focus on product, GTM.

Product Manager for ClickShare with E2E responsibility for CSE-200 and CSE-800 products. Responsible for market analysis & insights, map opportunities and define value proposition, requirements and pricing structure. Strategic product definition within the portfolio.

Responsible for Product Development and involved in Business Development (TAS, solution selling) for a SaaS and gamification focussed startup; helping executives to engage employees, tackle business and cultural changes. Closing deals of value between 25k€ and 150k€ each.

Worked as a strategy and technology consultant on various projects including strategy definition for high-tech companies as well as the energy industry; assessed technological and business risks within due diligence tracks and managed a full ICT transformation strategy within the finance industry. I also took the role of project manager for one of the leading Belgium telecom companies managing the roll-out of the 4G network across Belgium.

Analysis of public procurement procedures and translation to requirements

Worked for 3 years, each time 2 months, as a student job on various applications to support the aluminum business of Sapa including the Sapa Thermic application and Blade Span calculator. I was personally responsible for the architecture design and implementation of these applications.
