About Michael Di Cesare

Throughout my career, I have achieved repeated success in upper-level management roles. Over the last few years, I have expanded my experience to include an iOS and IT skillset. As a former Customer Experience Director, I have had the opportunity to implement strategic training programs, direct successful goal-oriented teams, and strengthen productivity in desired fields. Additionally, I am able to align my work with company centric outcomes to produce standard-satisfying results. I have used a refined social skill set to establish productive relationships with coworkers and superiors alike.My civilian work coupled with 10 years in the Army Reserves and an overseas deployment have driven my success within the field of communication and task management. The military has prepared me as a leader and team member: able to adapt and problem solve under high-pressure situations. I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of individuals and companies building a strong comradery and fostering networks. It has taught me to utilize the strengths of my teammates in most effectively reaching our goals with max productivity and group cohesion.
