Dermatology Associates is a dynamic, fast-paced, and growing medical practice with locations in Tallahassee, Panama City, Jacksonville and Valdosta, GA. I manage, hire and train the front office team consisting of file clerks, receptionists, and phone operators. Responsible for a sales territory that includes multiple states. Responsibilities include sales, customer service, and wide variety of tasks in other areas as well. Evaluate and develop new prospects with the sales territory through phone based sales. Represent the company from time to time to various hearing aid conventions around the country. Promote superior customer service through consistency and efficiency.

Charged with finding new clients throughout the United States by consistently pursuing potential leads. Evaluate, find and develop leads. Collaborate in conjunction with the Sales managers and marketing to spread the Audina name to more Audiologists and Hearing Aid Dispensers throughout the nation. Finding creative and new ways to promote the Audina difference is part of the focus that inspires this position.

The hotel opened on August 27, 2009. I was a part of the initial opening team. I worked originally with the sales department to help build their contact base and handle any necessary inquires. After the hotel opened I moved into my role at the "Aloha Desk" to assist in the checking in and checking out of employees. I have decided to leave the hotel to move down to Orlando area and to pursue new career opportunities.

This was my job during my college life. The CVB was in charge of marketing and promoting the Tallahassee area to the nation and the world. My position was part time and I took phone calls and helped visitors with finding things to do in town. From time to time I used my other skills to assist the Sales managers and others with their projects.

I joined Enterprise as an Intern in the summer of 2008. I helped customers with any of their needs during their rental process. I assisted in the coordination of maintaining our vehicle fleet of almost 200 vehicles. I also went on service and sales calls to assess the quality of service that we were providing to our corporate customers. I finished in Second place with all the interns in my region and received a $200 scholarship to be used towards my senior year of University.
