I am a junior at Fordham's Gabelli School of Business, where I am seeking a major in applied accounting and finance. Growing up in the Bronx taught me that resilience and a strong work ethic will lead you to endless opportunities. Throughout my life, I have applied these principles and seen great success and development academically and personally. My love for numbers, strong interpersonal communication skills, and overall flexibility all led to me choosing to major in business, as I have the soft and hard skills necessary for the office in the short and long term.When I am not working, I enjoy ping pong, music, chess, amusement parks, and writing. These activities have developed one of my strongest attributes in everyday life: attention to detail. They have also taught me that taking risks is essential to personal and professional success. No matter where I am, I let my personality speak for itself: ambitious, determined, poised, and sincere. These strengths have helped broaden my perspective of business and I hope will help me receive an internship for the 2025 summer to start my long-term career, where I can help those around me and make the world a better place.
