Bronner Group, LLC is a boutique public sector consulting firm. _Selected to lead creation of financial consulting practice leveraging the firm’s accounting strengths with municipal relationships to establish a pipeline of financial consulting engagements and bond attestation_Assisted with various strategic consulting engagements. Project work included strategic management review, accounting audit, and process review for City of Chicago Department of Housing and Economic Development and the Chicago Park District.

_Launched a $150,000,000 GoodSports sports facility company focused on the $7.1bn itinerant youth sports industry. _Directed corporate financial planning and cross-functional team to develop 25-location national market entry finance strategy, capital structure plan and STR bond and EB-5 financing programs. Main duties focused on business financial strategy, analysis and forecasting, joint venture structuring, capital negotiations, market research and data analysis. _Additional responsibilities included developing business models, financial modeling, marketing, site selection and budgeting. Raised $80-million to reposition hotel assets for the sponsoring hotel group's current portfolio including creating innovative solutions and public partnerships to increase long term value.
