As part of the WCM group, I worked with teams at the 10 plants to help improve the following areas of the business: Safety, Quality, Logistics, Kaizen, Autonomous Maintenance, Workplace Organization, Professional Maintenance, People Development, and Environment. I was assisting the 10 plants in the design, and implementation of the WCM roadmap. Assisting the plants also includes training, coaching, sharing of best practices and auditing their progress.
