Michael Vogel is a partner in the Corporate Department of Paul, Weiss and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions practice group. He focuses his practice on advising private equity and strategic clients on their M&A, joint venture, equity financing, equity investments and general corporate transactions. Michael has significant experience with transactions in a broad cross-section of industries, including the technology, telecommunications, media and entertainment, hospitality and healthcare industries.
