In addition to his role at RMC, he is a Howard University Small Business Development Center Consultant, SCORE DC Mentor and an Adjunct Professor at George Mason University. Perch is a noted author, lecturer, and subject matter expert in the fields of federal and state public procurement, finance, technology innovation, accounting, and management.
