Managed the men’s Canada Goose boutique at the 59th street location. Was able to exceed year to date sales and become the highest selling Canada Goose shop outside of free-standing retail stores for 2018 and 2019. Through strong brand dedication and passionate customer service, I was recruited to assist Diesel North America in merchandising key department store locations in New York, Washington D.C., and Connecticut while training each store's staff on Diesel products and brand image. By preparing weekly detailed product recaps and recommendations to account executives, I was able to maximize each door’s sales potential and identify and assess door's who may be struggling due to external or internal factors. As a liaison between the Diesel sales team and store management, I was able to ensure an optimal shopping environment was maintained and that feedback between both parties was communicated clearly.

By creating a strong store culture, improving customer knowledge on the brand, and building strong relationships with coworkers, I was trusted to conduct full product knowledge seminars for Diesel to Bloomingdales associates. This helped to ensure associates were aware of seasonal assortments and new product rollouts. On location, I was able to hone in skills I learned in college by setting up monitors and tripods, changing out camera filters, operating boom microphones, jib arms as well as setting up lighting rigs. After filming, I gained experience logging shots into the computer for future editing.

By working special events and concerts in South Florida, I gained a wealth of experience setting up video monitors, projection screens, and routing cables to and from the stage in order to provide a flawless multimedia experience for attendees.
