Responsible for two aspects of the Information Technology team – Integration & Architecture and Business Relationship Management. Information Technology Responsibilities • Accountable for the support of all computer technologies, hardware and software, that support the day to day business for over 7,000 users across 15 states, 35 distribution facilities, and over 65 physical locations. • Responsible for the development and implementation of the IT strategy that supports and aligns with the business strategy. • In charge of developing and managing capital expenditure budget of over $7M and an annual IT operating budget of over $30M. • Accountable for delivering high quality software applications that support the Glazer’s wholly-owned business units and partnerships. Supply Chain Responsibilities • Responsible for the forecasted demand planning and procurement of direct inventory (wine, spirits and malt beverages). Monthly inventory averages $500M. • Responsible for attaining corporate Supply Chain metrics (e.g., 96.5% Customer Service, half a turn increase in inventory year over year, etc.). • Accountable for collaboration efforts with outside suppliers to improve and drive efficiencies in the Supply Chain. • Responsible for guiding and executing the delivery of products to each of our distribution facilities that meets an expected delivery time.
