• After college and prior to real estate I was a radio DJ and worked at stations in Eugene and Portland, Oregon and Seattle.• I began my real estate career in 1977.• I was the co-owner of a Kirkland Windermere office in the mid 90s.• I joined Coldwell Banker Bain in 1998 and currently manage the property management, new construction marketing and commercial real estate segments.• I served on the board of directors for the NWMLS in the early 90s. I was the chairman of the board in 1992.• I am was the chairman of the NWMLS statewide legal forms committee and was involved with the forms committee for over 18 years.• I served on the task force that drafted the basics of Form 17, the seller disclosure law RCW 64.06 and the task force that worked in 2004 and 2005 considering revisions to the licensing law, RCW 18.85.• I have acted in the capacity of expert witness in real estate matters, mostly involving standards of practice and agency issues.• I have taught various real estate classes for Coldwell Banker Bain, Windermere Real Estate and the Master Builders’ Association of Washington.Specialties: Commercial & Residential Property Management, Commercial real estate and resale properties.
