I edit book manuscripts on Tibetan Buddhism and manage the production process from accepted manuscript to typeset pages.

I copyedit book manuscripts, mostly in the area of Philosophy, for MIT Press and Duke University Press, and several journals for Duke University Press, including The Philosophical Review, Social Text, and The Journal of Music Theory. In the last 2 years I have limited my freelance work to copyediting The Philosophical Review for Duke UP.

I managed the conversion of the analogue content of a journal's backfile to digital format. This involved writing specs for scanning vendors, preparing metadata maps for programming staff, and setting up quality control procedures for both the scanned images and the metadata output.

I electronically copyedited book chapters for scholarly books on Southeast Asia and copyedited articles and book reviews for a biannual journal, Indonesia. I also designed and produced print ads and the annual book catalog using Adobe InDesign.
