Even prior to the tumultuous and world-order changing events of the past few years, organizations already faced an array of challenges and opportunities on multiple fronts — from deciphering the reality vs. the promise of new and emerging digital platforms, to meeting customers increasingly heightened experience expectations, to capitalizing on new global market opportunities, and competing with new market entrants — now add to all that the incredible acceleration of the digital revolution precipitated by the global Covid-19 pandemic – and a picture emerges of a world now dramatically different than before. In short, achieving continued success in this context is not a foregone conclusion.However, for those organizations that are able to transform their business to capitalize on these opportunities while also mitigating the respective challenges, they stand to drive significant incremental value to their customers, employees, and shareholders.This is what I strive to help companies do every day in my role. With over 20 years experience in driving complex business transformation, my current focus is enabling Financial Services clients create real business value by building differentiated customer experiences via powerful Cloud platforms. To accomplish this, I pull from experience across many engagements in which I’ve helped organizations to identify a compelling value proposition, define the supporting vision, create an innovative roadmap, establish an operating model, and then build and lead global interdisciplinary teams to execute on that vision through agile delivery to nimbly pilot and then quickly scale outcomes to meet the value objectives. I’ve enjoyed recent experiences in the Insurance, Banking, Mortgage, and Payments industries along with prior Pharmaceuticals and Telecommunications industry experience.Outside of work, I’m passionate about building my community through the volunteer organizations below, advising local small businesses, mentoring students, speaking opportunities, and participating on the committees of local school and church organizations.
