He focuses on helping both landlords and tenants secure the ideal locations for their businesses, and also represents prominent international tenants expanding into major U.S. cities.Beyond his role at Project Queens, Michael is deeply engaged in the community. He serves as Co-Chair of the Queens Chamber of Commerce Real Estate Committee, President of AREAA NY EAST, and is an active member of the REBNY Commercial Queens Committee.
