This job really helped me transition into the entrepreneurial world because of the flexibility and “startup-like” experience it gave me. I was helping in HR, Marketing, Sales, Planning, and obviously customer service.My favorite part about this job was when I got to find and build a sales team! Being in a college town, it wasn’t too difficult to find, but there was a definitive training barrier because our boss was remote. I had to learn how to train and inspire a team of salesmen (and women) on my feet!Extremely grateful for this opportunity and wouldn’t trade it!!
