Established ‘stand-alone’ project management information architecture.✔ Reviewed and analyzed complex price and technical proposals from Russian shipyards ranging in value from $3.2million to $30 million. Staffed nine contracts within DFAIT for Minister’s approval. ✔ Provided comprehensive six-monthly program reports to Canada's Treasury Board Secretariat. ✔ Integrated overlapping projects including the use of a Dutch salvage vessel to relocate de-commissioned Russian nuclear submarines (a World First); working with seven Russian ministries in securing appropriate approvals including the Russian Prime Minister’s final approval. ✔ Developed and maintained a comprehensive risk management register with formal risk practices ✔ Assisted one Russian shipyard in adopting ‘Western’ project management practices providing counseling, advice and training to young managers.
