- Managed the manufacture of a $16M annual business of mobile device subassemblies out of Huangpu, China. - Drove the Operational improvement of Perlos, a Nokia extruded plastics supplier from 26% to 94% Delivery to Promise within a 90-day period. Directed personnel from Vice Presidents to Floor Level Management.- Improved process using Industrial Engineering and Planning Resources.- Addressed internal Operational issues in Huangpu, China for a sister program within the Nokia Account, through Supplier Management and Process Engineering Improvements.
