Upon completion of the development program, I transitioned to manage the total operation of a territory (350 accounts) covering Middle Georgia, South Georgia, and the Panhandle of Florida to retain and grow the business while managing profitability and providing leadership and to territory employees. Once the acquisition of Holyfield Photography finalized, I was retained as the Operations Manager to oversee and train a team of individuals who were responsible for production, cash handling, sales support, photography support and customer service. I maintained accountability for the operating budget as well as the team payroll.• Supervised the Photography Manager and ensured that the photography department was operating efficiently and accurately.• Assisted the Territory Manager on analyzing data, budget projections, finance, and strategic planning with the overall goal of driving more profits to the territory.

While with Holyfield Photography, and amid the acquisition by Lifetouch, I also worked with FedEx as a Package Handler, unloading trailers, sorting, scanning and ensuring that all packages get to the appropriate routes for daily delivery.

**This position transitioned into the Operations Manager for Lifetouch National School Studios after the acquisition.**Throughout my 4+ years with Holyfield Photography, I started as a part time seasonal photographer which expanded to new roles and responsibilities. Some include Dye-Sub, Yearbook Production, the Print Shop, Graphic Design & Marketing as well as the software/IT side of Photo Production. Primarily, I ensured all areas operated as efficiently as possible, in part by using Kodak DP2 Production Software.

During my internship with the Church, I worked in a team-oriented environment where we brainstormed, planned, organized, and executed a variety of events for children who were in grades 1-6. I also was responsible for 3 weekly teaching lessons.

As a Designer’s Assistant, my team and I ensured furniture was removed, stored, and prepared for quarterly sale. I assisted with bi-weekly condominium renovations and install new furniture.

While managing incoming stock shipments, I also helped customers with product selection and purchases.
