Brought together group of talented, experienced individuals to launch start-up company that represented and marketed elite athletes as well as created and leveraged monetization opportunities. Grew firm rapidly, attracting investments and partnering with talent agencies in the US, Canada, UK, Brazil, and Spain. Raised $7M to fund development of training and education facility. Success led to split into two division; subsequently sold majority position to partners. Directed all aspects of business operations, financial performance, investments, and strategic initiatives. Managed and mentored division executives; spearheaded major projects that drove significant success for both the firm and its clients. Cultivated and maintained relations with agency partners CAA, Wasserman, Global Hockey, USA Hockey, among others. Negotiated marketing and partnership rights on behalf of more than 250 professional athletes; developed strategic e-commerce, marketing, partnerships, blockchain/NFTs, and brand strategy for individual and agency clients. As the business expanded, led the shift from traditional sports marketing with agencies including CAA, Octagon, and IMG to developing the legal and regulatory framework for protecting athletes’ biometric data.

Responsible for leading the creative team in the development of marketing campaigns for our sports clients. This included overseeing the conceptualization and design of promotional materials, as well as collaborating with the rest of the sales and marketing team to ensure that our campaigns were effective and on brand. To be successful in this role, I needed to have a strong background in design and a proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns.
