As a trial lawyer, I have obtained favorable jury verdicts on behalf of my clients in cases where they have been presented with multi-million dollar settlement demands. I am licensed to practice law in Illinois, Wisconsin, Missouri, Texas and Pennsylvania. I am admitted to the bars of numerous United States District Courts, the United States Courts of Appeals for the 3rd, 4th and 7th Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court.I recently served as a Governor on the American Bar Association ("ABA") Board of Governors. I am a Past Chair of the ABA Section Officers Conference, a leadership entity that coordinates and manages the interests of the ABA’s Sections, Divisions and Forums. I am also a Past Chair of the ABA Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section.
