CurrentManaged all aspects of an IT Professional Services organization. Provides senior level technical support to clients. Conducts network and security assessments for potential and existing clients. Responsible for all network, server and storage operations, email, cyber security, end user support, telecommunications, asset management and much more. Ensures proper functioning of the organization's information systems and recommends and makes system upgrades as necessary. Assists clients in better utilizing technology to improve the efficiency and productivity of the clients business. Keeps computer equipment, hardware, and software up-to-date to meet organizational needs of our clients and internal systems. Develops disaster recovery and data backup policies and procedures and tests regularly to ensure best protection from both natural disasters and cyber threats. Identifies issues and appropriate courses of action to maintain maximum up-time for each of our clients and internal systems. Regularly coordinates with vendors on various projects. Provides training to both technical staff and end users. As a Microsoft Partner, has extensive knowledge of the Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud infrastructure and systems. Researches and oversees implementation of new equipment and technologies. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups. Responsible for the coordination and completion of client projects. Understands the importance of gaging the conversations with staff and end users based on their technical understanding. Responsible for the design, planning, coordination and completion of client IT projects.
